INTERNAL REGULATIONS \u2013 MEDINATOUNA <\/h1>\n\n\n\n

This regulation aims to guarantee a respectful, clean living environment that conforms to Islamic values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\udfe0 1. Respect & behavior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Mandatory respect for the premises, the neighborhood and the roommates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Gathering in or in front of the building is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Appropriate attire required at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No disrespectful or confrontational behavior will be tolerated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udd07 2. Calm & tranquility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Mandatory silence from 9pm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Respect for everyone's rest, schedules and privacy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Noises, calls and videos must remain discreet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      \u26a1 3. Water & Electricity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Turn off air conditioning, lights and water when leaving the premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Any misuse is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n\n\n\n

        \ud83e\uddfc 4. Cleanliness<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Cleaning is mandatory after each use (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Bins need to be taken out regularly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Common areas must be kept clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • No clutter with personal belongings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          \ud83d\udeab 5. Prohibitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Inviting outsiders is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • No Smoking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • It is forbidden to damage or move the furniture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Use of unauthorized devices is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Sleeping in common areas is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Entry into unassigned accommodation is prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n\n\n\n

            \u26a0\ufe0f 6. Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • Any damage will be the responsibility of the person in charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • In case of any problem, contact the administration immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n\n\n\n

              \ud83c\udf93 7. Non-solicitation and educational exclusivity clause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Within the framework of the Medinatouna program, all educational services (courses, support, follow-up) are the exclusive responsibility of the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              In this regard:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Prohibition of relationships outside the framework<\/strong>
                It is strictly forbidden for any student to maintain, directly or indirectly, any relationship with a teacher outside the official framework defined by Medinatouna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Private contact prohibited<\/strong>
                The exchange of personal contact information (phone number, social networks, personal email or any other means of private communication) between students and teachers is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Prohibition of parallel services<\/strong>
                It is strictly forbidden to:
                • requesting, offering or accepting private lessons<\/li>
                • organize learning sessions outside the Medinatouna framework<\/li>
                • to conclude any direct or indirect arrangement with a teacher<\/li><\/ul>This prohibition applies for the entire duration of the stay and remains valid afterward for any relationship initiated within the framework of the program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Circumvention prohibited<\/strong>
                  Any attempt to circumvent the organization, particularly via an intermediary (another student, third party, external platform), is considered a serious violation of these regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Protection of Medinatouna's interests<\/strong>
                  This clause aims to protect the organization, its teachers, as well as the educational and administrative balance of the program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                  \u27a1\ufe0f He is strictly prohibited<\/strong>, without prior written authorization, from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • copy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • reproduce<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • share<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • broadcast<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • distribute<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    all or part of the medinatouna content or support, in any form whatsoever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    \n\n\n\n

                    \ud83d\udcb0 8. Non-refundable clause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
                      \n
                    • Any sum paid is strictly non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • No refund, full or partial, will be given in the event of:\n

                      • cancellation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • early departure<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • absence from classes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                        \n\n\n\n

                        \ud83d\udec2 9. Visa Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                        • The participant is solely responsible<\/strong> of the validity of his visa and compliance with his length of stay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • The organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of:\n

                          • visa refusal<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • refusal of entry into the territory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            • Medinatouna reserves the right to terminate the stay in the event of:\n
