Medinatouna Internal Regulations

بِسْمِ ٱللّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

INTERNAL REGULATIONS – MEDINATOUNA

This regulation aims to guarantee a respectful, clean living environment that conforms to Islamic values.

🏠 1. Respect & behavior

  • Mandatory respect for the premises, the neighborhood and the roommates.
  • Gathering in or in front of the building is prohibited.
  • Appropriate attire required at all times.
  • No disrespectful or confrontational behavior will be tolerated.

🔇 2. Calm & tranquility

  • Mandatory silence from 9pm.
  • Respect for everyone's rest, schedules and privacy.
  • Noises, calls and videos must remain discreet.

⚡ 3. Water & Electricity

  • Turn off air conditioning, lights and water when leaving the premises.
  • Any misuse is prohibited.

🧼 4. Cleanliness

  • Cleaning is mandatory after each use (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.).
  • Bins need to be taken out regularly.
  • Common areas must be kept clean.
  • No clutter with personal belongings.

🚫 5. Prohibitions

  • Inviting outsiders is prohibited.
  • No Smoking.
  • It is forbidden to damage or move the furniture.
  • Use of unauthorized devices is prohibited.
  • Sleeping in common areas is prohibited.
  • Entry into unassigned accommodation is prohibited.

⚠️ 6. Responsibilities

  • Any damage will be the responsibility of the person in charge.
  • In case of any problem, contact the administration immediately.

🎓 7. Non-solicitation and educational exclusivity clause

Within the framework of the Medinatouna program, all educational services (courses, support, follow-up) are the exclusive responsibility of the organization.

In this regard:

  1. Prohibition of relationships outside the framework
    It is strictly forbidden for any student to maintain, directly or indirectly, any relationship with a teacher outside the official framework defined by Medinatouna.
  2. Private contact prohibited
    The exchange of personal contact information (phone number, social networks, personal email or any other means of private communication) between students and teachers is strictly prohibited.
  3. Prohibition of parallel services
    It is strictly forbidden to:
    • requesting, offering or accepting private lessons
    • organize learning sessions outside the Medinatouna framework
    • to conclude any direct or indirect arrangement with a teacher
    This prohibition applies for the entire duration of the stay and remains valid afterward for any relationship initiated within the framework of the program.
  4. Circumvention prohibited
    Any attempt to circumvent the organization, particularly via an intermediary (another student, third party, external platform), is considered a serious violation of these regulations.
  5. Protection of Medinatouna's interests
    This clause aims to protect the organization, its teachers, as well as the educational and administrative balance of the program.

➡️ He is strictly prohibited, without prior written authorization, from:

  • copy
  • reproduce
  • share
  • broadcast
  • distribute

all or part of the medinatouna content or support, in any form whatsoever.

💰 8. Non-refundable clause

  • Any sum paid is strictly non-refundable.
  • No refund, full or partial, will be given in the event of:
    • cancellation
    • early departure
    • absence from classes

🛂 9. Visa Responsibility

  • The participant is solely responsible of the validity of his visa and compliance with his length of stay.
  • The organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of:
    • visa refusal
    • refusal of entry into the territory

❗ 10. Termination

  • Medinatouna reserves the right to terminate the stay in the event of:
    • failure to comply with the regulations
    • inappropriate behavior
    • non-compliance with local laws

➡️ Immediate eviction without refund

⚖️ 11. Jurisdiction

  • In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are competent.
